Hamburger Soup

1 Lb. Ground Beef
2 C. Diced Potatoes
2 C. Sliced Carrots
1/2 Sliced Celery
1 C. Chopped Onion
1/3 C Barley
1 Can 15 oz. Tomato Sauce
8 Cups Water

 In a large pot, brown ground beef. Add other ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Cook on stove 25-20 min. Top with grated cheese.
